Ferrari Firearms Affiliate Terms & Conditions
By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission Rates
- Firearms (Handguns, Rifles, Shotguns): $25.00 flat fee per sale.
- Optics & Accessories: $10.00 flat fee per sale.
- Ammunition: $5.00 flat fee per sale.
2. Payout Schedule
- Commissions are approved after a 30-day “hold” period to ensure the order is not returned or canceled.
- Payouts are issued once your balance reaches a minimum of $50.00.
3. Promotion Rules
- No Spamming: You may not use your affiliate link in unsolicited emails or spam comments.
- PPC Advertising: You are prohibited from bidding on “Ferrari Firearms” branded keywords in Google Ads or Bing Ads.
- Legal Compliance: All promotions must follow local and federal laws regarding the advertising of firearms and ammunition.
4. Termination
Ferrari Firearms reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
