1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase any firearm, serialized receiver, or regulated item from our website.

By using this site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You are 21 years of age or older
You are legally permitted under federal, state, and local law to purchase and possess firearms and related products
You are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922 or any other applicable law

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order if eligibility cannot be verified.

2. Compliance With Firearms Laws

All firearm sales are conducted in strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Firearms must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder only.
The receiving FFL will conduct the required ATF Form 4473 and background check.
We will not ship firearms directly to non-FFL individuals.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the firearm is legal in their jurisdiction.
Orders that violate local or state laws will be canceled.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse any order
Limit quantities
Correct pricing or listing errors
Require additional identity or compliance verification

Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for confirming the specifications and descriptions with the manufacturer. Do not assume our descriptions and pictures 100% representative of the item. Once an order is placed, unless it is due to our error, all sales and pricing is final. No adjustments are made to order after the fact.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Due to federal regulations and safety requirements:

All firearm and ammunition sales are final
No returns once transferred through an FFL
Defective firearms must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty

Accessories & Non-Serialized Items

May be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless defective.

5. Shipping

Firearms and ammunition ship only to licensed FFL dealers
Customer must arrange transfer with their chosen FFL
We are not responsible for delays caused by compliance verification or carrier issues
Risk of loss transfers to customer upon carrier acceptance

6. Product Use & Safety

Firearms and related products are inherently dangerous.

By purchasing, you agree that:

You are trained in safe handling and storage
You will follow all safety practices
You assume all risks associated with use

We are not liable for misuse, negligence, or unlawful use of any product.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site:

For unlawful purposes
To violate firearms laws or regulations
To falsify identity or eligibility
To attempt straw purchases
To interfere with site security or operations

Violations may result in order cancellation and reporting to authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
