Shipping Policy

We generally will ship all items by UPS or FedEx. We do not ship with USPS and no PO boxes are allowed for shipping addresses.

Firearms & Serialized Items

All firearms, frames, receivers, and other serialized items must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. We do not ship these items directly to individuals.

How It Works

• • Place your order on our website

• • Have your chosen FFL dealer email their FFL Certificate to us or use our checkout tool to pick one.

• • We ship the firearm to that FFL

• • You complete ATF Form 4473 and any required background check at pickup

• • Once approved, the FFL transfers the firearm to you

Firearms will only be released to you by the receiving FFL after all legal requirements are satisfied.

Customer Responsibilities

• • The customer is responsible for:

• • Finding a local FFL dealer

• • Confirming the dealer accepts transfers

• • Providing accurate dealer information when requested

• • Paying any transfer or background check fees charged by the receiving FFL

• • Ensuring the item is legal in their state or locality

Failure to coordinate with your FFL may delay shipment.

Failed or Denied Transfers

If a transfer cannot be completed due to:

• • Failed background check

• • Inability to pass required paperwork

• • Refusal to complete transfer

• • Illegal item in your jurisdiction

Then:

• • The firearm will be returned to us

• • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply

• • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Ammunition

• • Each state has their own laws regarding ammunition shipments

• • We DO NOT ship ammunition to: CA, NY, NJ, CT, IL, MA, RI, DC, AK, HI, or Washington D.C.

• • We DO ship ammunition to: AL, AZ, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WV, WI, WY

• • 18+ for rifle/shotgun ammo

• • 21+ for handgun ammo

Accessories & Non-Serialized Items

Accessories and other non-serialized products may ship directly to your residential or business address where lawful.

Certain items may be restricted in some states or municipalities. Orders that cannot be legally shipped will be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 48-72 (average) business hours after:

• • Payment is received

• • Compliance verification is complete

• • FFL information is confirmed (for firearms)

High order volume or regulatory verification may extend processing times.

Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx and provide tracking when available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for distributor delays, weather disruptions, or events outside our control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package for shipment. Any delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier.

Compliance & Order Refusal

We reserve the right to:

• • Cancel orders that violate laws or regulations

• • Refuse shipment to prohibited jurisdictions

• • Request additional identification or verification

• • Refuse service at our discretion for compliance or safety reasons
